Fremont, OH – Sierra Lobo, Inc. (SLI) has been selected as an awardee of the Mechanical Engineering Support and Assistance (MESA) subcontract at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. JPL is managed by the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) for NASA.
SLI will provide mechanical engineering and technical support for flight and non-flight technology development, systems engineering, hardware development, and integration and test activities supporting JPL programs and missions. The subcontract includes a three-year base period and one two-year option period.
The MESA award continues SLI’s longstanding relationship with JPL, building on the company’s support under the Multi-divisional Engineering, Design, and Analysis Lab-wide Support (MEDALS) contract and SLI’s broader experience providing specialized engineering and technical expertise in support of complex aerospace programs for NASA, the Department of War, and commercial aerospace customers.
