Sierra Lobo offers a variety of medical plan options based on location, providing flexibility to meet the diverse needs of Sierra Lobo's workforce. All plans include preventative care and wellness programs to promote long-term health. Employees have the option to extend coverage to eligible spouses and dependents. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following, or coinciding with, the employee's hire date.

To support strong oral health, Sierra Lobo offers dental coverage that focuses on preventive care and routine checkups. Employees may add coverage for eligible spouses and dependents. Sierra Lobo's vision plan helps employees maintain eye health and covers routine eye exams, prescription lenses, and more. Coverage is available for eligible spouses and dependents.

Sierra Lobo is committed to helping employees build a secure future through Sierra Lobo's company-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan. Employees receive a company contribution based on their own contributions, with 100% vesting in company contributions from the first day of eligibility. A variety of investment options are available, and employees may enroll beginning on their 31st day of employment or any time thereafter.

Sierra Lobo understands the importance of work-life balance. Depending on location, employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, or vacation time beginning with their first paycheck. In addition, Sierra Lobo observes up to 11 paid holidays annually and offers paid leave for military service, jury duty, bereavement, and other life events.

To provide financial protection during extended illness or injury, Sierra Lobo offers both short-term and long-term disability coverage. These plans provide up to 60% of base wages and offer peace of mind during challenging times.

To help protect employees and their families from financial hardship due to serious injury or death, Sierra Lobo provides company-paid life and accident insurance. Employees also have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves, their spouses, and eligible dependents.
