Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

George J. Satornino co-founded Sierra Lobo, Inc. in 1993 and has served as the company's CEO since its inception. Under his leadership, Sierra Lobo has grown from a small team of 9 employees to a workforce of over 950 professionals, establishing the company as a premier provider of engineering and technical services to NASA and the Department of Defense.

With over 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry, George has been instrumental in positioning Sierra Lobo as a leader in propulsion systems, cryogenics, and aerospace test facilities. His vision and strategic direction have enabled the company to secure over $100 million in Government contracts and expand operations to multiple locations across the United States.

George's commitment to technical excellence has been recognized with two prestigious NASA George M. Low Awards, the agency's highest honor for quality and technical achievement.

Daniel E. Lowe

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Daniel E. Lowe co-founded Sierra Lobo, Inc. in 1993 and serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Dan brings over 30 years of technical and management experience to Sierra Lobo, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery of world-class engineering services to Government clients.

Prior to co-founding Sierra Lobo, Dan served in the United States Navy's Nuclear Power Program, where he gained extensive experience in complex systems operations and rigorous safety protocols. This background has been invaluable in establishing Sierra Lobo's reputation for operational excellence and adherence to the highest quality standards.

As a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, Dan brings technical credibility and hands-on expertise to the company's engineering operations. His leadership has been central to Sierra Lobo's success in winning and executing critical contracts at NASA Glenn Research Center and other key facilities.
