Sierra Lobo, Inc. Wins Environmental Test and Integration Services II Contract

Milan, OH – NASA has awarded the Environmental Test and Integration Services II (ETIS II) contract to Sierra Lobo, Inc. of Fremont, Ohio. The contract supports the Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate’s (AETD) Mechanical Systems Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

This cost-plus-award fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a maximum ordering value of $250 million. The ordering period is for five years starting October 1, 2014.

Under the ETIS II contract, Sierra Lobo, Inc. will provide engineering and technician test and integration support services for the study, design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, verification, and operations of spaceflight and ground system hardware and software, and operations of facilities supporting the development of spaceflight hardware. The work will be performed at NASA Goddard and NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.

Sierra Lobo’s partners for the ETIS II contract are ATK’s Space Systems Division, Beltsville, MD; Telophase Corporation, Arlington, VA; Edge Space Systems, Glenelg, MD; Pinnacle Engineering and Management Solutions, Princess Anne, MD; IntellecTechs, Inc., Virginia Beach, VA; Equity Engineering, Shaker Heights, OH; and Bechtel National Incorporated, Reston, VA.
